This sounds like some lost soul tape from 1985 that PPU found in a basement and reissued, but Psychic Mirrors are actually a present day 11 piece band based out of Miami. They released this jam in 2011, but I only found out about them last week from Jon Sweaterfunk at Groove Merchant.  So funky.

A random discussion about dirty old men let me to this video of The Three Degrees. The set design & wardrobe are amazing.
